Estimated Delivery Time
HDM and its affiliates are committed to deliver the goods to you in time and in good condition. All orders processed within India are delivered within 10 working days from the date of invoice through a domestic courier company. An exception will be in the case of delivery in remote areas/ villages and other small towns. As some of the courier services do not work on Sundays, it is possible that the courier service has a holiday between the day you place an order and the date of delivery, in that case we add a day to the estimated date. But, HDM is not responsible if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
If you wish to purchase multiple orders and want them to be shipped at different locations, then you need to separately place all the orders with different addresses. All domestic orders would be processed within 2 business days and you will receive the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through an email once the products are shipped.
How to pay for a HDM Purchase?
There are multiple payment modes through which you can pay for the HDM purchase like Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards and Wallets. In case of online payment mode, HDM assures you secure payment gateway keeping your transaction details confidential.
Is the Cash on Delivery (COD) Facility available?
Yes, COD facility is available but with extra convenience charges.
Cancellation or Return Policy
HDM and its affiliates are least responsible for any loss of goods during transit. The HDM will bear the transit loss only to a certain limit that may vary from time to time.
We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.
